SHIPPING TO YOU

Helga's Art Originals pays to pack, insure, and ship all original artwork and editions to customers within the continental United States.  Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five business days after you've made your purchase. If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it.

RETURN POLICY - ORIGINALS

At Helga's Art Originals, customer satisfaction is a top priority.  Before purchasing a large painting, measure your wall space so that you'll be happy.  If you're not delighted with your original artwork purchase, we will give you a full refund providing you contact our studio or call 203-820-5125 and ship the painting back within 5 days of receiving your artwork. We cannot offer you a refund if you notify us after 5 days.

For a full refund, a painting must be returned

• in the same condition that it was received, 
• in the original shipping container
• with all accompanying certificates and paperwork. 

To complete your return, we require 

• a receipt or proof of purchase.
• you use a trackable shipping service 
• you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork.  
• you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email us the return tracking number so that we can be present to receive and sign for the artwork.

RETURN POLICY FOR GICLEE LIMITED EDITIONS 

I order and pay for your giclee as soon as I receive your payment. It's printed just for you. Therefore, giclee's are non-refundable. I can't guarantee 100% accuracy of your computer when viewing a giclee.  Please feel free to call me if you have any questions. 203-820-5125

ARTWORK DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it.  Photograph any damage to the artwork and call us immediately at 203-820-5125. Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
